What if Merritt Wever’s offbeat charm met Laura Linney’s intense depth? You’d find an actor that is drawn to characters who don’t fit neatly into boxes. Meet Dina. She thrives on roles that allow her to explore the messy, human middle ground.

Dina is a New York-based actor, producer, writer, and casting director who received a B.A. in Theatre Arts from Penn State University.

Originally from Philadelphia, she moved to NYC to pursue her interest in film and TV. She has appeared in principal roles in feature and short films, television, print ads, and commercials.

Dina’s feature film producer credits include The Suspect (This is Us’ Sterling K. Brown, ER’s Mekhi Phifer), Natural Selection (The Breakfast Club’s Anthony Michael Hall, Shadowhunter’s Katherine McNamara), and American Gothic (Grand Theft Auto’s Ned Luke) which are all available on streaming outlets.

She has worked as Caroline Sinclair’s casting associate for several years and is a proud member of the CSA.

Dina and her producing partner Sherry McCracken own Little Rock Films and Studios and recently produced a proof of concept one-hour narrative drama pilot, 48 BLOCKS, their first venture into television. You can check out the teaser at the above link.

Prior to her career in entertainment, Dina was the Chief Operating Officer for an international billing and software company for 20 years. Knowing you only have one life to live, she decided to bring her business experience and passion to a new industry and has never looked back.

In her spare time, you will find Dina on the pickle ball courts (she’s obessessed!), enoying time with her wife Sher, panda pug Frankie, and following true-crime stories.
